America’s first family-owned cidery! Ace Cider was first produced in 1993 in Sonoma County. The company only uses the best apples and freshest ingredients. Award-winning selections include: Ace Apple Honey, Ace Pineapple, and Ace Pumpkin.
Penrose Brewing Company
The owners of Penrose Brewing Company focus on Belgian-inspired session ales, oak-barrel aging, fresh hop flavors, and alternative fermentation. Brewed with intention, their selections are always a treat for the taste buds. Some of their favorites include: Session Sour, Proto, and Taproom IPA.
Vander Mill came from humble beginnings in 2006. Today, it distributes its hard cider throughout several states – including Illinois. Owner Paul Vander Heide focuses on innovation and creativity. Varieties include Hard Apple, Ginger Peach, and Chapman’s Blend.
Perennial Artisan Ales
Founded in 2011, Perennial Artisan Ales is a microbrewery where the beers are mainly influenced by American and Belgian craft styles. The staff’s philosophy is to brew beer with adventurous craft beer drinkers in mind. Choices include Aria, Cave Torch, and Goodnight Irene.
