Recognized for serving the best pizza in Naperville, Little Pops brings a taste of New York to Illinois. Mike and Vicki became inspired to open the restaurant while vacationing in Florida. They ate at a pizzeria that reminded Vicki of Sunday dinners at Grandma’s.
In the kitchen, the chefs follow Grandma Berinato’s tradition of making everything from scratch. They’re known for creating the best sauces and pizza crusts in town. Specialty pizzas include Hawaiian, Margherita, and “The Sampler.”
Uncle Pete’s Pizza
A Chicagoland fixture since 1947, Uncle Pete’s makes every pizza from scratch. The chefs start their day early. They make the dough and prepare the famous sauce from a special blend of tomatoes and Italian spices. Choose from thin, x-thin, pan, or double crust. You can build your own pizza or enjoy a specialty pie such as Greek, “The Philly,” or “The Southern Italian.”
When Aurelio’s opened in 1949, it only had room for four tables and a small kitchen with a pizza oven. Originally, Joe only sold six or seven pizzas a day. After changing the dough and sauce recipes, he saw his customers double almost overnight. Today, Aurelio’s has locations across the state, and the chefs make every pizza to order. Signature pies include taco, spinach, and “Super Six.” They pair well with the house garlic bread and antipasto salad.
All in all, these Naperville pizzerias offer something for everyone. As you enjoy your pizza, kick back and watch a real-life adventure movie. Our premium apartments offer comfortable spaces for relaxing any day of the week.
