A cheeseburger, French fries, and milkshake at Corner Stone Tavern.

After a long day, you may crave comfort food like a pot roast sandwich or macaroni and cheese for dinner. But, where should you go for your next fix? Relax: Corner Stone Tavern has you covered. If you’re looking for classic all-American fare you can sink your teeth into, this restaurant provides it in spades.

About Corner Stone Tavern

Corner Stone Tavern opened its doors in spring 2019. Located on the ground floor of a big brick building, the restaurant has a cozy and welcoming vibe that will make you feel at home.

There’s even a patio space in the back, where you can dine under an umbrella and watch the world go by.

Food Options

The food at Corner Stone Tavern is just bursting with flavor. Start with an order of fried pickles or jalapeno cheddar beer bread. Alternatively, you can try the Corner Stone Tavern wings or ribs.

Next, you’ll want to order your entree. Trust us, you can’t go wrong with the CST Burger, which consists of two four-ounce Angus patties served on a fluffy brioche bun. You get onions, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and French fries with your order.

Looking for something lighter? If so, you’ll want to try the Beyond Burger, made from 100% plant foods. For a true American favorite, order the fried bologna. It’s served with American cheese, crispy onions, and a sunny-side-up egg on a toasted ciabatta roll.

One of the favorites at Corner Stone Tavern is the “Brinner” or “breakfast for dinner.” It consists of bacon, eggs cooked to order, potato cracklins, and multigrain toast. You can even add an eight-ounce New York steak for an ultimate “Brinner.”

Drink Options

The tavern boasts a full bar, and in addition to the classic beer and cocktail options, you’ll also find alcoholic-infused shakes. What better way to finish your meal than with a boozy root beer float?

If you’re a teetotaler, round out your meal with tea, coffee, or better yet, dessert. The word on the street is that the chocolate banana swirl cake is worth a trip to the restaurant. The cake is frosted with brownie butter icing and made with rainforest alliance bananas as well as fair-trade chocolate. Talk about a sustainable dessert!
